Yoga Therapy
Yoga therapy is effective in addressing stress, physical and emotional trauma, pain, grief, anxiety, difficult life transitions, body image issues, and enhancing general well-being.
Yoga therapy sessions use a mind/body approach to wellness by combining yoga philosophy and guided movement with contemporary psychology. This process of physical movement and dialogue is client-centered, open-ended, and non-directive. You are facilitated through an experience of self witnessing to support growth, healing and self awareness.
