Yoga Therapy
Yoga therapy is effective in addressing stress, physical and emotional trauma, pain, grief, anxiety, difficult life transitions, body image issues, and enhancing general well-being.
Yoga therapy sessions use a mind/body approach to wellness by combining yoga philosophy and guided movement with contemporary psychology. This process of physical movement and dialogue is client-centered, open-ended, and non-directive. You are facilitated through an experience of self witnessing to support growth, healing and self awareness.

Lucy teaches yoga with a sense of wonder, delight, and deep respect for the human body, spirit, and each individual’s inner wisdom. Her classes are playful, anatomically inspired, and infused with a profound respect for the gift of yoga.

Anatomy Yoga Workshops
Improve your body awareness, movement performance, and healing efficiency through understanding more about your amazing anatomy. Each workshop will offer basic anatomy instruction, handouts, movement exploration, and interactive dialogue. Engage in anatomy yoga workshops to explore your body’s unique structure and innate wisdom.

While I do not accept insurance, packages and sliding scales may be available to you. Payments can be made online by credit card, or in-person with check or cash.
