I offer a compassionate space for you to reconnect with your innate healing potential. Using a blend of physical therapy, Ayurveda, yoga therapy, and active listening, I combine the wisdom of Western medicine and Eastern philosophy to support your unique healing journey.

It brings me joy to work with individuals who are ready for change — those open to reconnecting with their body and meeting themselves where they are. My passion for this work comes from a personal understanding that life’s challenges can make us forget our inner strength and delight.
